Acts of the Almighty
by Appointed Games

Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply to the game Acts of the Almighty and its online service (together, the "game"), made by Appointed Games ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the game, or reverse-engineer it to harm the game or other players.

Online accounts

Online play needs a Google (or, where available, Apple) account, which must follow that provider's own terms and age rules. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Play Online in the game or on our account deletion page; see the Privacy Policy.

Fair play

Play honestly. Don't cheat, modify the game or its network traffic to gain an advantage, exploit bugs, disrupt the service, or interfere with other players' matches. The game checks match results, and a match found to have been cheated is recorded as a loss for the cheating player. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Free of charge, as is

The game is currently free. It's provided "as is" and "as available": we work to keep online play running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that online records will never be lost or reset. We may change, pause or end the game or the online service at any time.

Content

The game and its content belong to Appointed Games, except artwork that is in the public domain and Scripture references, which belong to everyone. Trademarks of Google and Apple belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Appointed Games is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the game, and our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it (currently nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
